Portsmouth Yoga Shala

Portsmouth Yoga Shala is a welcoming, accessible and conscious space where the practice of yoga is available to anyone who wants to cultivate inner peace, health and wellbeing in their lives. A vital piece of any yoga practice is learning how to integrate the healing work we do on our mat and extend that in to our everyday lives. Yoga is a science of healing that is available to us as a powerful tool to heal physical/emotional imbalances,  release stress and tension and restore a sense of wellbeing in to our lives.

Whether you are new to yoga or a devoted practitioner with an existing practice, we will meet you where you are. We offer classes to suit a wide variety of needs and interests and encourage students to cultivate a sustainable practice that evolves over time. Yoga is not a race to the summit, but a life long journey. We look forward to seeing you in class!
