PORTSMOUTH YOGA SHALA offers classes in a wide variety of yoga styles from various traditions. Each class is self contained, making it possible for students to begin at any time. Come with bare feet, clothing that permits freedom of movement, a basically empty stomach, and an open mind.

We will have all regularly scheduled classes Friday, Saturday and Sunday, May 24, 25 and 26. On Monday, May 27, at Cooper Street, we follow the regular morning schedule thru the noon class. There will be only one evening class: 5:30 pm Vinyasa with Bethany/Pay What You Can. Downtown Studio

While Portsmouth Yoga’s main location has continued to prosper, our downtown studio has not. After reviewing the last 2 and 1/2 years of operation, we have decided the time has come to acknowledge that we cannot continue to operate a studio that is losing money.
Portsmouth Yoga is now offering a weekly Master Class. Sessions will be taught by a different teacher each week. This extended class will allow for time to go deeper into the practices of asana, pranayama and meditation. Class cost: $20 or $13 for full-time students. (Use cash, credit card, check
